Offline Multiplayer Games Pack / Privacy policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy covers the Android app “Offline Multiplayer Games Pack” and the game page it shows in your friends’ browsers. The app is made by Craftory, a brand of Cerberus Dawid Szymański, ul. Hermanowska 103/18, 54-314 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 7842406338, who is the controller of your personal data. Questions: contact@craftory.works.
In short
We do not collect any data about you. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
How the app works
One phone runs the app and creates a game on your local Wi‑Fi or on its own Wi‑Fi hotspot. Your friends open a page from that phone in the browser on their phone, tablet or computer. The devices talk only to each other, inside that network. Game traffic does not go through the internet or through our servers. We have none.
What is kept on the devices
To let you play and continue a game, some things are saved on the devices themselves:
- On the phone that runs the game: names players chose, a random player number for each device (so you get your own name back when you rejoin), the time each player was last seen (up to 30 players), the host’s name, the chosen language, and the current game (players, chips, board positions) so it can be continued after a restart. Android may also keep a technical log with the local network addresses of the devices that joined.
- On a friend’s device (phone, tablet or computer), in the browser: their name, their random player number, language, time of the last join, how long the page took to load, and a copy of the game files so the page starts faster next time.
This data never leaves those devices, except that names and moves are sent to the other players’ devices during a game so everyone can see them. Game traffic inside your local network is not encrypted, so do not use real personal details as a player name.
How to delete it: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings. On a friend’s device, clear the site data in the browser. Ending a saved game in the app deletes it.
Permissions
- Location (Android 12 and older) or Nearby Wi‑Fi devices (Android 13 and newer): Android requires this so the app can create its own Wi‑Fi hotspot. The app does not read, use or store your location.
- Internet and Wi‑Fi state: to run the game on your local network and find the phone’s address.
- Vibration: short buzzes during the game.
Buying the app
The app is sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We only see order reports from Google, which we use for accounting and refunds as required by law.
This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). This is needed to keep the site running and secure (our legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). If you e‑mail us, we use your message only to reply and keep it as long as needed for that.
Children
The app is meant for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to its use, and ask for a copy. Since we hold almost nothing about you, in most cases there is nothing to give. You can also complain to the data protection authority, in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
